Stacey is a management consultant with over 17 years’ experience in both private, public and community sectors and a leader in social policy and social justice.

Stacey is the Executive Director of One Red Step, a social equity consulting practice aimed at improving the lives of women and girls. One Red Step works with clients to address systemic and structural inequalities, particularly gender equality and inequalities for communities of colour.

Stacey is a Board member of Melbourne City Mission and an Advisory Group member of the Melbourne Social Equity Institute and Melbourne Genomics.
